As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, leveraging your deep industry connections, headhunting expertise, and persuasive skills to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent.   • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and industry leaders.
  • Master the art of persuasion to turn top professionals into eager candidates.

Relationship-Driven Recruiting

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value candidates, creating a pipeline of top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize existing professional networks and continuously expand connections within industry-leading circles.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a seamless and compelling candidate experience, reinforcing our company as the employer of choice.
  • Develop customized engagement strategies to keep top candidates warm and engaged throughout the process.

Strategic Recruitment & Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging talent pools to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Provide insights into talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and ensure optimal candidate alignment.

Optimized Recruitment Process

  • Implement structured, results-driven hiring methodologies that maximize speed, quality, and candidate fit.
  • Use data and analytics to refine sourcing strategies, measure recruiter effectiveness, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Work with AI-powered tools (as needed) to streamline sourcing and screening but maintain a recruiter-first approach to talent acquisition.

Expectations & Work Schedule

  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Punctuality: Be on time for all meetings and work sessions.
  • Execution & Focus: Prioritize results, maintain professionalism, and stay laser-focused on securing top talent.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strategic Recruitment Discussions: Regularly participate in hiring strategy sessions, sharing market insights and candidate updates.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders to refine job profiles and hiring approaches.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build a reputation as a trusted recruiter who delivers an elite experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
